Long distance charges are paid by the client.
Insurance:
Your sessions may be covered by your insurance provider. Your provider can answer questions regarding your coverage and if they will cover your services. I am accepted as an out of network provider by some insurance companies.
Payment is required at the time of service. I will make provider statements for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
